We are looking for a new physiotherapist to join our growing team here at Aeon Health. Each member is a valued part of our team and we invest heavily in ongoing education along with long-term career development.
Based in Yeronga (just 13 minutes from Brisbane CBD), we are a modern family-run clinic with a great reputation within the community. We focus on acute injury management, rehabilitation, general strength and conditioning, women's health, paediatrics, bike-fitting and running assessments.
We offer a full-time physiotherapy position with a generous remuneration package including an above award rate base salary, achievable bonus', and superannuation. We prioritize quality over quantity, with a minimum consult time of 45 minutes, paid mentoring sessions, and adequate time to follow up with clients. Our quality long-standing clients are mostly private-paying, resulting in minimal third-party work and less paperwork, allowing you to spend more time with clients.
We also offer a balance of manual therapy and rehabilitation classes. Our close-knit team enjoys regular social activities throughout the year, and there's even an opportunity to work with two adorable therapy dogs. Additionally, you will have free access to a fully equipped Pilates and weights gym outside of work hours and a staff discount on physiotherapy treatment and stocked products.

Requirements for this role

Minimum 2 years of private practice with a strong background in manual therapy.

Experience in dry-needling would be beneficial.

A background in exercise-prescription/pilates is helpful.

Comprehensive knowledge with sound logic/clinical-reasoning.

A strong client focus and a drive to learn.

AHPRA Registration.

COVID certificate

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Flexible work hours. Able to work morning (7am start) or night (8pm finish).
