Are you ready to take your running journey to the next level? Whether you're a novice looking to lace up your running shoes for the first time or an intermediate runner aiming to boost your performance and stay injury-free, our upcoming Running Workshop is tailored just for you!

When: Saturday 29th March | 2pm-3:30pm

Where: Aeon Health - Physiotherapy & Rehab | 6/62 Shottery St, Yeronga, QLD

What to bring? Shoes and clothes you are comfortable running in (we will be using the treadmill and gym during the session!)

What information will be covered?

Below is a snapshot of some of the topics and activites in the workshop:

  • Gait analysis on the treadmill: Screening for asymmetries assists in injury prevention and can help us identify adjustments to enhance performance.

  • Tips to improve running economy and form.

  • Running benchmark screening for injury prevention and to improve performance.

  • Running specific exercies: This is important for building strength, mobility and flexibility to complement your running.

  • 5km and 10km running plans for beginner to intermediate runners.

  • Footwear: There are many different running shoes to choose from. We can help explain the different choices available and who they are best suited to.
