At Aeon Health, we offer physiotherapist-lead personal training for those who want guidance from experts in optimising performance while minimising injury. We offer outcome driven training to help our clients reach their exercise and lifestyle goals.
We offer 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. Whether your goal is to be more active but don’t like the idea of going to a typical gym or you are training for your next marathon and want to beat your PR – we can help you reach that goal.
In the training sessions, you will be using a combination of premium pilates and functional strengthening equipment, like:

Personal Training (30/45/60 min): $110/$145/$175
